Research Statement

My research interest is in leveraging cutting-edge computational and functional genomic approaches to uncover a series of critical molecular events that contribute to the heterogeneity involved in the initiation, progression, and maintenance of cancer. Through deep integration of multi-omics data analyses from single cancer cells to the components of the tumor ecosystem, combined with genetic interrogation of key events using functional genomic tools, my research goal is to contribute to a systematic understanding of the cellular circuitry of cancer that will guide the most optimal therapeutic strategies for the individual disease states.
